JOB TITLE: Onsite Building Supervisor

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

ROLE: YOU will be responsible for keeping the building running smoothly by maintaining building operations, monitoring maintenance and compliance works to ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations, ensuring residents are satisfied.

SKILLS:

  • Diploma/University Degree (Hospitality, Facilities Management, Engineering);

JOB TITLE: Building Concierge

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

ROLE: YOU will oversee, control and coordinate the signing-in and access of visitors and contractors. Meeting and greeting building users, contractors and occupiers, you will provide exceptional customer assistance.

JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Engineer

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

ROLE: YOU will be responsible for the complete procurement & vendor management of onsite FM sub-contractors (both hard & soft services) of a portfolio of modern buildings, in compliance with local Laws & Regulations.

SKILLS:

  • University Degree (Engineering);
  • Experience in the integration of all building services (water, heating, lighting, electricity and ventilation)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of UAE codes and regulations, development of facility operating budgets, procurement planning, vendor selection, tendering, contracts, vendor management & performance reviews;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
  • Excellent verbal/written communication (fluency in English is a must) and presentation skills with a proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Valid UAE drivers license

 

JOB TITLE: Customer Care/Service Executive

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

ROLE: YOU will provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of clients by advising and assisting them for service charge collection, updating the CRM, and attending to client complaints.

SKILLS:

  • Customer focused individual experienced in a telephonic and face to face role;

JOB TITLE: Association Administrator

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time+

ROLE: Reporting to the Association/Community Manager, you will be responsible for all administrative duties related to accounts, facilities management and operations of a portfolio of buildings. You will be responsible for the arrangement of quotes, purchase orders, proposals and invoices as well as dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. The role will also see you liaising with number of external contractors that come in. In this highly autonomous role you will also be providing administrative support to the Facilities team, assist with financial management and reporting and also have exposure within procurement and managing supplier relationships.

SKILLS:

  • University Degree (Commerce);
  • Strong experience within administration, ability to multi-task and have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Previous experience with document management, referencing and filing (hard & soft);
  • Proficiency with IT systems;
  • Ability to multitask and be professional;
  • Dedicated Personality/Presentation with the Desire to Provide Exceptional Service to Clients.
  • Fluent English

 

JOB TITLE: Association/Community Manager

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

ROLE: This is an incredibly rewarding role that incorporates the management operation and maintenance of a portfolio of modern buildings in Dubai. You will be responsible for attending meetings, budgeting, creating work orders, building client relationships, supervising a support team working closely with you in the running of the portfolio under your management.
