Association Manager

Job description:
Responsible for managing a designated portfolio of properties under management.

Reporting to:
Managing Director

Areas of responsibility include:

  • All client interactions and communications as they relate to the designated portfolio, including board member support and interaction, financial administration and reporting, contract management, site review, compliance, facilities management and relationship maintenance.
  • Ultimately responsible for the delivery and quality of services to clients.

Essential competencies:

Experience working in a client facing environment along with exceptional administration skills is a requirement for the successful applicant.



  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FM/Real Estate industry in Dubai (previous OA/Community Management experience a distinct advantage)
  • Must possess strong leadership, time management and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and a second Language is a must (preferred Arabic/Urdu/Hindi)
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car a must
  • Must be reliable, enthusiastic and customer service orientated


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – (Business Discipline/Project Management/Engineering)
  • Excellent IT literacy skills
